Entering a Cyclone NAVHDA Test
How do I Enter?
To secure a spot in a Cyclone NAVHDA Chapter test, the Test Secretary must receive both a completed entry form and entry fee. An entry form is not complete unless all required information is provided.
How is my entry handled?
Test spots are secured in the order in which entry forms and payments are received. Your spot will not be secured until we receive payment.
If the test is full when your Test Entry Form is received, you will be notified, and you will be asked if you wish to be placed on the waiting list.
NAVHDA registration is required of all dogs running a NAVHDA test. The NAVHDA registration number is required on the entry form.
Complete the NAVHDA Test Entry Form through the NAVHDA portal .

What if I need to withdraw from the test?
Entry fees are refundable only if cancellation occurs at least 45 days before the first day of the test.
Entries may also be withdrawn due to a disabling injury or illness; in such cases, a refund will be issued upon receipt of documentation from a licensed veterinarian.
An owner may substitute a dog of the same testing level for a dog already entered. An owner may substitute a handler on an entry. However, changes of both dog and handler are considered a new entry and must go to the end of the waiting list if one exists.
